Short version: we collect the little we need to invite you in, we keep it in India, and we delete it when you ask.

What we collect on this site

• Your email address and the one-line bottleneck you type into the waitlist form.
• The vibe you picked, the page you signed up from and any campaign tag in the link (like utm_source).
• Your country, as reported by our hosting provider. Not your IP address.

Your vibe choice is saved in your own browser (localStorage) so the page remembers it. We don't use advertising cookies or trackers.

Why

To email you when the Konvyx logger is ready for your batch, and to understand which bottlenecks people want help with. That's it. We don't sell or share it.

Where it lives

In a private storage bucket on Vercel (our hosting provider), in the Mumbai region. Only the Konvyx team can read it.

How long

Until the app launches and you've had your invite, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is first.

Your rights

Email hello@konvyx.app to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We'll do it within 7 days. This follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

The app itself

The Konvyx app will have its own, fuller privacy notice before anyone can use it. The short promise: audio stays on your phone, only text you approve syncs, stored in India, never used to train AI, export or delete everything any time. Konvyx is for people aged 18 and over.
